Internship in Customer Excellence & Insights – support marketing campaigns and customer outreach in Kuala Lumpur.

The Customer Excellence & Insights intern will be working closely with Market Management Department to support business priorities, customer excellence initiatives & insights. The candidate is expected to support the development and execution of marketing and communication deliverables for customer campaigns / initiatives, perform campaigns tracking and benchmarking and able to provide actionable insights in supporting desired targets and results with close collaboration with various stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for:
To assist in implementation of always-on customer outreach and engagement programs
To assist in developing target segment / audience for customer engagement communication
To assist in campaign performance tracking and benchmarking and to provide actionable insights in supporting desired targets and results
Important to your success:
Pursuing or possesses a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Canva, Excel and Microsoft Power Point preferred
Good communication and presentation skill
Willing to travel for events as and when needed
Able to commit to a 3 - 6 month tenure
Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
