The incumbent will manage the broker portfolio which includes building pipeline for sales, relationship management with brokers and internal teams to drive sales to achieve the planned KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive, execute strategies and campaigns to achieve business targets
- Identify and work on the development of new key segments and potential product offerings
- Provide quotation for new business within authorized underwriting limits
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with brokers to meet business objectives and to secure a long-term partnership
- Serves as a subject matter expert for brokers enquiries
- Manage broker administration and file maintenance
- Regular touch points with brokers to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Regular business reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen the business relationship with key broker partners
- Track and feedback overall brokers experience to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Ability to present to external and internal stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Possess Certifications in BCP, CGI, PGI, HI
- At least2 -3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in General Insurance Industry
- Experience in managing end-to-end marketing process
- Good communication skills
- High energy and driven to meet sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly
- Equip with knowledge and Experience in all GI products
- AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage
