Join Intesa Sanpaolo Brasil as FX & Trade Finance Analyst in São Paulo – mid-level role focused on FX, trade finance, compliance, and back‑office.

Overview
You will join the Operations Department and play a key role in supporting the Bank’s foreign exchange and trade finance activities. You will be responsible for processing FX and trade finance transactions, ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency and compliance with regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil and the National Monetary Council, as well as applicable international rules. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.
What you'll be doing
You will be in charge of the the following activities:
- Manage foreign exchange transactions, including spot, interbank and arbitrage operations.
- Process trade finance transactions, including ACC, ACE, Trava, Finimp, export prepayment, documentary credits, bank guarantees and collections.
- Prepare and review contracts, guarantees, letters of credit and related documentation.
- Perform validations, authorizations, tax calculations, settlements, reconciliations and payment processing.
- Execute foreign exchange settlements, international fund transfers and trade finance disbursements.
- Analyze operational and regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with sanctions programs and applicable regulations.
- Manage SWIFT messages, SPB operations, Central Bank systems and internal back-office platforms.
- Maintain operational records, documentation and daily operational routines.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Credit, Risk, Legal and other support departments, performing back-office activities as assigned by management.
Who we are looking for

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the Operations of large Brazilian or International banks
- university degree in a related field
- fluent English is required
- good understanding and usage of Microsoft Office applications
- deep knowledge of FX, Documentary Credits and international collections practices
- knowledge of operational routines and processes, such as Derivatives, Cash Management, and Onboarding, will be highly valued as a plus for the position.
