Senior Process Transformation Associate
We are announcing an opening for the following position in our Budapest Office with home office opportunities:
What you do:
Our Process Transformation Office implements interoperability among our departments and processes, and offers effective solutions ensuring more flexible use of resources, enhancing harmonisation and know-how transfer. As part of this team, you will:
- Own complex transformation tracks.
- Lead process redesign workshops.
- Define operating model changes.
- Build business cases and value tracking.
- Drive senior stakeholder alignment.
- Translate AI concepts into deployable use cases.
- Coach medior/junior team members.
What you bring:
- MSc or BSc degree
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience at a consulting company: Consulting and/or product leadership background.
- Exposure to AI-enabled transformation or product build
- Familiarity with middleware integration design & AI product discovery (agentic development, AI process design)
- Active experience with process mining (ie. Celonis), process design (ie. Miro) tooling strongly preferred
- Proven track record of defining and implementing process changes
- High quality oral and written communication skills
- Active negotiation-level English and Hungarian
