We are announcing an opening for the following position in our Budapest Office with home office opportunities:
Process Transformation Associate
What you do:
Our Process Transformation Office implements interoperability among our departments and processes, and offers effective solutions ensuring more flexible use of resources, enhancing harmonisation and know-how transfer. As part of this team, you will:
Run workstreams independently.
Structure problems and synthesize insights.
Support business case development.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
Translate business needs into analytics requirements.
Support AI use case design and validation.
What you bring:
MSc or BSc degree
Minimum 3-6 years of experience at a consulting company: Consulting or strong analytical product background
Structured thinker, hands‑on executor
High quality oral and written communication skills
Active negotiation‑level English and Hungarian
