Overview

You will join the Financial Institutions Products team within Global Transaction Banking, where you will contribute to the development and growth of innovative Digital Asset services. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy and leading strategic initiatives related to Digital Asset Custody, tokenization, and DLT-based financial market infrastructures. Working in a highly regulated and rapidly evolving environment, you will collaborate with business, technology, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions for internal and external clients.

Who we are looking for

If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

more than 5 years of experience in product and project management roles

Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, crypto-assets, digital asset ecosystems and related market participants.

Knowledge of the financial instruments lifecycle and DLT-based issuance and post-trade processes.

Product Management and Project Management methodologies applied to complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Knowledge of Digital Asset Custody, tokenization services and financial market infrastructures.

Understanding of regulatory frameworks including MiCAR, CSDR, DLT Pilot Regime and related financial services regulations.

Ability to work within regulated environments and interact with Compliance, Risk Management and Anti-Financial Crime functions.

English language proficiency at level C1 or above.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Plus: knowledge of post-trade services, payment products, trade finance processes and previous involvement in complex transformation or innovation programs.

Gross annual salary starting from €65,000
