Executive Assistant role in Budapest – support the Deputy CEO of a leading Hungarian bank.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day support to the Deputy CEO (Risk Management).
- Coordinate professional tasks with managers in the division.
- Managing and coordinating a complex calendar with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Organizing meetings, appointments, and professional events.
- Handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Managing incoming and outgoing communication (emails, calls, correspondence).
- Organizing travel arrangements and external engagements.
- Processing invoices, preparing basic reports, and tracking expenses.
- Supporting international communication and handling occasional translations.
- Providing back-up support for other executive assistants when needed.
