Internship in Milan: support High Income assets portfolio monitoring, research, and client presentations.
Looking for finance masters with quantitative skills to join a global assets management group.
Overview
You will support the High Income team within the Investment Department in activities related to portfolio monitoring and management of the relevant assets.
What you'll be doing
During the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to support the following activities:
- Provide quantitative and analytical support to Fund Managers investing in funds managed by the High Income team within Credit Strategies.
- Participate in the setup, evaluation, execution, and management of an investment's lifecycle through new issue and secondary transactions.
- Perform fundamental research on High Yield transactions and relative-value analysis to reach investment conclusions and make recommendations.
- Track bond spreads and price movements of securities held in portfolios.
- Produce periodic sector updates and daily market information, as well as ad hoc client and internal presentations.
