Role Description

The Global Enterprise Position Monitoring & Disclosures (EPMD) team sits within the Global Markets Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting organisation, with regional hubs across the Americas, APAC and EMEA. The team is responsible for monitoring and disclosing positions and transactions under substantial shareholding, takeover, residual short position and other regulatory position limit requirements.
