Following UniCredit Digital Transformation plan to become a truly integrated, fast and efficient digital Bank, Group Finance is looking for new young talents to make them join their teams for many Internship opportunities.
What you'll be doing
Here some of the activities you might undertake during your experience:
Definition of yearly targets at both Group and Divisional level, interacting with main Group functions for the Strategic Plan definition and analysis.
Definition of the strategy concerning the asset liability management of the Group
Definition and execution of the Funding plan of the bank
Support to analyze and implement the new regulatory reporting requirements;
Support and collaborate with the teams in preparing both the individual and consolidated regulatory reports.
Support to financial taxation and reporting activities, including withholding tax filings, monthly tax calculations for a subsidiary, quarterly reporting and preparation of meeting minutes with foreign subsidiaries.
Contribution to regulatory processes such as Country ‑ by ‑ Country Reporting and Global Minimum Tax.
Support to IT and process improvement initiatives, including UAT activities and identification of areas suitable for automation.
What you'll need to succeed
The internship is open to students enrolled in both Bachelor’s and Master’s programs and is a 6-month-full time experience in our Headquarter in Milan - Gae Aulenti Towers.

Education in Economics, Engineering or Quantitative fields
Analytical skills and mindset
Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Results oriented
Fluency in English
Nice to have(s):
Programming Skills
Interest in analysing P&L, Balance Sheet figures and KPIs across different regions/business lines
Knowledge of interest rate derivatives and money market instruments
