Key Responsibilities

• Support daily SST operations and maintain accurate inventory • Coordinate and centralize SST support among internal and external teams • Facilitate UAT/UVT processes and oversee ATM feature rollouts • Manage deployment, relocation, replacement, and decommissioning plans • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and risks throughout contract periods to ensure high-quality operational support for the Bank • Conduct vendor risk assessments and audit inspections to comply with TPRM standards • Develop and implement effective business strategies • Assess potential new SST locations to enhance network coverage and profitability • Enhance customer experience at ATMs by improving accessibility, functionality, and service quality

Skills and Experience

• Expertise in System and Process Analysis • Strong Communication and Presentation abilities • Experience in Project Management using Waterfall or Agile methodologies • Competence in UAT Planning and Management • Highly precise, analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills • Possesses business acumen, logical reasoning, and effective interpersonal and communication skills • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong reading and writing capabilities.
