Join as a Workplace Ambassador, shaping daily workplace interactions.
Job Description
The Enterprise Real Estate Workplace Ambassador is the heartbeat of our office experience – a visible, mobile individual who makes every floor feel welcoming, engaging and human. This isn’t a desk job; it’s a moving, people-focused role that enhances the office experience. You'll spend your day in motion: keeping shared spaces polished, helping colleagues find what they need and sparking little moments of colleague engagement.
Elevate Shared Spaces
Bring our spaces to life by keeping cafés, coffee stops, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms guest-ready throughout the day
Own café and coffee operations – managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes
Maintain a polished, welcoming environment by keeping spaces clean, organized, and consistently stocked
Ensure meeting rooms are always ready to go with timely setups, resets, and proactive floor walkthroughs
Spot and solve issues before they’re noticed – conducting regular floor checks and coordinating cleaning, maintenance, or repairs as needed
Support the Workplace Experience
Be a go-to, on-the-floor resource for colleagues—offering real-time support, guidance, and problem-solving
Help colleagues navigate the space with ease, from finding workstations to understanding seating zones and hubs
Partner with teams across the business to support day-to-day workplace needs
Create a welcoming, approachable presence that makes colleagues feel supported and taken care of
Drive Colleague Engagement
Help bring workplace moments to life—supporting in-office programming, enterprise events, and surprise-and-delight experiences
Assist with event execution, including setup, catering coordination, and on-the-day support
Ensure spaces are thoughtfully prepared before, during, and after events to deliver a seamless experience
Act as a porter, moving flexible furniture in shared spaces and setting up rooms to layout specifications.
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
Welcome visitors and provide friendly wayfinding and support
Submit, coordinate and track facility and technology service requests
Optional: step into additional roles such as Fire Warden or First Aid Representative (training provided)
What the Role Requires
Stay active and visible across multiple floors – this is a hands-on, on-the-ground role
Comfort being on your feet for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift and move supplies (up to 50 lbs) as needed
What You Bring
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in office administration, hospitality, workplace services, or similar
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
A hospitality mindset – you’re proactive, adaptable, and service-driven
Excellent communication and people skills; you’re confident engaging with a wide range of colleagues
Comfort working in a high-visibility, dynamic corporate setting
Tech savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
