Job Description

Entry-level position is designed to provide hands‑on experience and training in administrative processes and office management. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant professionals to join our team. Admin will get hands‑on experience of supporting 2-3 leaders across locations/ time‑zones in scheduling meetings, submit expenses, arrange travel. Learn essential administrative skills and contribute to the smooth operation of leader’s office.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel management and expense submission.

Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Maintain and update organization charts, distribution lists, and inventory.

Collaborate with other team members and act as a backup

Collaborate with business partners and help in building a culture across locations.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop administrative skills.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency w/ computer programs (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and administrative programs (Outlook, Ariba, XMS, Concur, etc.)

Ability to multi‑task, quickly change direction and independently prioritize work in order to support multiple people

Ability to anticipate needs and use independent judgement given limited availability of leader

Ability to exercise discretion due to accessing and handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client‑centric, relationship‑based business. Working together, in‑person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
