Role Overview
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Management II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for routine client servicing needs.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Build working relationships with clients, bankers, advisors, and internal partners.
- Support client meetings by preparing materials, gathering information, and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and streamline servicing processes.
Account Opening & Onboarding
- Prepare and coordinate documentation for new account openings, maintenance requests, and account updates.
- Assist with KYC, CIP, due diligence, and onboarding requirements for individuals, trusts, businesses, and other entities.
- Partner with bankers and onboarding teams to ensure complete and accurate submissions.
- Monitor onboarding pipelines and proactively address documentation deficiencies.
- Support account transfers, relationship transitions, and product enrollment activities.
Transaction Processing & Account Servicing
- Execute a variety of client servicing and account maintenance transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process account updates, documentation requests, service forms, and related operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure service requests are completed timely and accurately.
- Maintain adherence to established service levels, controls, and quality standards.
- Research and resolve routine client and operational inquiries.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all activities comply with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalates potential operational, compliance, or reputational risks.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support audit, compliance, and quality assurance activities as required.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with bankers, advisors, private banking associates, and specialists across the organization.
- Participate in training initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
- Assist with special projects and business initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of banking, wealth management, financial services, client service, onboarding, or operations experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and client servicing platforms.
Preferred
- Experience supporting private banking, wealth management, trust, or investment relationships.
- Experience with account opening, KYC, AML, and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of deposit and lending products.
- Familiarity with workflow management and client relationship systems.
