We're looking for an Operations Manager to help steer how we continue to expand and operate in Greece and across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact workstream initiatives throughout the business, using insights to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as a key stakeholder in Greece while building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth
• Overseeing first line of defence branch operations, including governance, interactions with regulators, and oversight of BAU operations
• Providing adequate oversight and accountability for outsourced functions
• Executing scale operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) across global offices
• Monitoring country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and resolutions, liaising with relevant service owners to ensure proper controls are followed
• Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities, seeking new features to provide a seamless customer experience
• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
• Creating and maintaining management information for monitoring of growth metrics, risk incidents, and other branch activities
• Coordinating regulatory inspections, creating and providing necessary materials for regulators and peers

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience consulting in a fast-paced environment, or 4+ years of product launch experience in a financial services or tech environment
• Fluency in English and Greek
• At least a 2:1 STEM degree from a top university
• Technological proficiency, with an aptitude for learning new tech and a desire to learn new skills
• Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects
• The ability to break complex problems into smaller, achievable tasks
• Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact
• Familiarity with large-scale, complex project rollouts
• Expertise in product and/or project management

Nice to have

• Experience setting up operations or a branch in Greece
• Experience in sales
• Coding skills with SQL or Python
• Availability to attend the office in Athens occasionally to meet with stakeholders across the business
