About the role
At Revolut, Operations means problem‑solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.
We’re looking for Strategy & Operations Manager Interns in Brazil as we scale our expansion in LATAM. You’ll apply your analytical, data‑driven approach to make a difference on regulatory and operational challenges, helping to build and optimise how we operate in the market.

What you'll be doing
- Optimising product and onboarding flows to improve customer experience
- Researching and proposing new features
- Supporting vendor management and performance tracking
- Assisting with strategic partnerships and deal‑making
- Contributing to feature development and operational improvements
- Sharing progress with global teams and learning from senior leaders
- Managing tasks, tracking progress, and presenting outcomes
- Receiving regular feedback to support your development
What you'll need
- To be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM subject at a leading university in Brazil
- To be in your final year of studies, and available for a 12‑month internship
- A great problem‑solving mindset
- A proactive, curious, and results‑driven approach
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- To be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Part‑time availability from Spring 2027 (30 hours per week, starting January–March)
- A willingness to attend the São Paulo office at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or PowerBI
