Als Hypotheekadviseur Centraal bij ING begeleid je klanten bij het maken van verantwoorde en duurzame keuzes. Je combineert digitale dienstverlening met persoonlijke aandacht en helpt klanten stap voor stap hun woondromen te realiseren, volledig in lijn met de purpose van ING: mensen helpen om een stap voor te blijven in het leven en in hun werk.
Het team
Je werkt binnen een centraal, landelijk opererend adviesteam dat dagelijks klanten op afstand ondersteunt bij hun hypotheekvraag. Het team werkt hybride vanuit locaties in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Eindhoven, Utrecht en Zwolle. Samen werk je aan één doel: zoveel mogelijk klanten duurzaam vooruit helpen. Rollen en verantwoordelijkheden
Adviseren van klanten via geplande videoafspraken en opbouwen van een sterke persoonlijke relatie op afstand
Begeleiden van starters, doorstromers, oversluiters en klanten met financieringsvragen voor verduurzaming of verbouwing
Coördineren van het volledige hypotheekproces, van oriëntatie tot het vastleggen van een Persoonlijk Hypotheek Advies
Analyseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar passende en verantwoorde hypotheekoplossingen
Ondersteunen van klanten met inzicht, advies en praktische tips gedurende hun klantreis
Samenwerken met klanten aan een passend advies, inclusief aandacht voor verduurzaming en risicodekking
Werken met een dynamische agenda en schakelen tussen verschillende klanttrajecten
Bijdragen aan teamdoelstellingen door het leveren van kwalitatief hoogwaardig advies
Begeleiden van klanten ook wanneer financiering niet passend is, met focus op hun financiële gezondheid
Succesfactoren
Je bouwt vertrouwen op met klanten via digitale kanalen en zorgt voor een persoonlijke en betrokken klantbeleving. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met klantbelang, waardoor je advies zowel passend als verantwoord is. Je beschikt over WFT Basis en Hypothecair Krediet, waardoor je compliant en professioneel advies kunt geven. Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels, en maakt complexe zaken begrijpelijk. Je weet meerdere klanttrajecten effectief te managen, zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit. Je hebt ervaring in een adviserende rol en zet klantbehoeften centraal in je aanpak. Je bent flexibel en speelt goed in op verschillende klantvragen en situaties. Je blijft jezelf ontwikkelen en breidt je expertise uit, bijvoorbeeld richting expats, ondernemers of nieuwbouw.

The team
You will join a driven and customer-focused central advisory team, working together to support homebuyers across the Netherlands. The team operates in a hybrid way, collaborating from central ING locations in Amsterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, Utrecht, or Zwolle. Together, you aim to help as many customers as possible move forward sustainably, blending digital advisory services with a strong personal connection. The culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering meaningful customer outcomes.
Roles and responsibilities
Advise customers via scheduled video appointments, creating a strong personal connection remotely. Guide starters, movers, switchers, and customers seeking additional financing for renovation or sustainability. Manage the full advisory process, from initial orientation to a fully documented Personal Mortgage Advice. Identify customer needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions aligned with financial health. Proactively share insights, tips, and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions. Work efficiently to manage a dynamic agenda with multiple customer interactions daily. Contribute to achieving team and commercial goals by delivering high-quality, impactful advice. Support customers even when financing is not suitable, ensuring responsible outcomes. Continuously develop expertise, including in areas such as expat advisory, entrepreneurship, or new-build projects.

Solid knowledge of mortgage products and regulations (WFT Basis & Hypothecair Krediet required), ensuring compliant advice. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, allowing you to serve a diverse customer base. Ability to manage multiple customer journeys simultaneously, maintaining quality and efficiency. Experience in a customer-centric advisory role, helping to translate financial complexity into clear guidance. Proactive and flexible approach, adapting to different customer needs and situations. Commitment to continuous learning and development, expanding expertise in specialized advisory areas.
