The Global eSigner Transformation team plays a key role in supporting the evolution of the Account Services offering for a global client. This position supports the delivery of key transformation initiatives, helping to drive project progress and contribute to the successful achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and input data from various source documents into core applications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and data integrity
- Monitor and report on the daily progress of transformation initiatives, providing clear and concise status updates to project stakeholders
- Perform testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), during and after data migration to validate system performance and data quality
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations, and senior leadership, to identify, report, and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting would be an asset
- Ukrainian language will be a plus
