We are looking for a proactive and motivated Intern to join our Working Capital Products team. The role is focused on supporting product governance activities across a global perimeter , contributing to strategic project management initiatives, and assisting in the structuring of tailor-made Working Capital deals for corporate clients. The intern will work closely with product specialists and senior stakeholders across different countries, gaining first‑hand experience on initiatives with high managerial relevance and exposure to a center of excellence in Working Capital Solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is interested in transaction banking, corporate finance, and project management, and who enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment.
What you'll be doing
- Support product governance activities across the global Working Capital Products perimeter, ensuring alignment with internal policies and strategic priorities.
- Assist in coordinating strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects involving multiple countries and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the monitoring and execution of product‑related action plans, supporting project governance and reporting activities.
- Support the preparation of management presentations, business updates, and decision‑making materials for senior stakeholders.
- Assist in the analysis of market trends, product performance, and business opportunities to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with Product, Coverage, and other internal teams to facilitate the development and rollout of Working Capital solutions.
- Support the structuring and preparation of tailor‑made Working Capital transactions for corporate clients, working alongside experienced product specialists.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects within the Working Capital Products team.
- Participate in international meetings and working groups, fostering collaboration across countries and business units.
What you'll need to succeed

- Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in Working Capital, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Finance, or Corporate Banking products is considered a plus.
