What you'll be doing
The internship will provide you with a comprehensive overview of Working Capital products and solutions supporting our clients’ sustainable growth. You will support the Sales team across all activities related to the origination of new deals, gaining hands‑on experience in business development. Additionally, you will develop an understanding of how to provide initial, basic advisory support to clients and progressively build the skills required to become a WoCa Trusted Advisor.

The ideal profile is a junior business-oriented candidate with strong communication skills, financial curiosity, and a proactive mindset, who wants to grow into a client‑facing advisory and sales role in banking.
