The Group Payment Solutions (GPS) Product Line is responsible for defining and steering the Group‑wide strategy for payments, cash management, clearing, acquiring and issuing products and services. Our mission is to ensure a competitive and innovative offering, fully aligned with market dynamics and technological evolution.
GPS oversees the development and management of payment and cash‑management solutions, designs and implements marketing strategies, and identifies new business and cross‑selling opportunities across the Group. The structure coordinates initiatives aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of payments platforms, fosters synergies across countries and functions, and ensures effective collaboration with key suppliers and strategic partners to support business growth and continuity.
What you'll be doing
A s a Graduate within Group Payment Solutions , you will support the team in activities related to the development, governance and strategic evolution of the Group’s payment, cash management and clearing services. In this role, you will:
- Contribute to the analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitors’ offerings to support the evolution of GPS products.
- Assist in the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the digital transformation of payment platforms.
- Support the coordination of Group‑wide activities, collaborating with different countries and Group Functions to foster alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the assessment of service levels provided by external suppliers, working closely with Operations and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and supporting cross‑selling initiatives.
- Assist in managing strategic partnerships and third‑party providers essential for product evolution and business continuity
What you'll need to succeed

- Relevant work/internship experience
- Excellent University degree and academic records
- Relevant international experience
- Confidence to take on early responsibility
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite
