BBVA is looking for a Senior Associate – Business Management & Execution to join its Global Transaction Banking team in Germany .
This role sits at the heart of transaction execution, acting as a key link between clients, relationship teams and operational units , with exposure to a broad range of local and international GTB products .
About the job:
What you will do
- Support the execution of Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, Import & Export Letters of Credit , Working Capital solutions , Factoring and Supply Chain Finance .
- Act as the main operational point of contact for clients after deal closing, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Review transactional documentation and coordinate internal approvals in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex, cross-border transactions.
- Support payments, collections and operational monitoring linked to GTB activities.
- Contribute to reporting, transaction monitoring and performance tracking .
Who you are
You have experience in transaction banking, trade finance or guarantees , ideally in an international environment.
You are client-oriented, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders .
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, regulated and international context .
You are fluent in English and German ( Spanish is a plus).
