MISSION
Ensure the proper management of financial and accounting operations, guaranteeing accurate records, account reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and the provision of key data for financial decision-making.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring the correct identification and resolution of discrepancies between accounting and bank records.
- 2. Record and monitor customer and supplier invoices, ensuring their proper allocation to accounting accounts and compliance with payment or collection deadlines.
- 3. Prepare periodic financial reports, providing basic analysis of income, expenses, and balance sheets to facilitate decision-making.
- 4. Monitor cash flows and treasury operations, ensuring the availability of funds and anticipating liquidity needs.
- 5. Collaborate in the preparation of monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring the correct accounting of income, expenses, amortizations, and provisions.
- 6. Review and ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations, collaborating in the preparation and filing of taxes under the supervision of the tax department.
- 7. Manage the archiving and control of financial documentation, ensuring that all documents are organized and accessible for internal and external audits.
- 8. Participate in the automation and improvement of financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating in the implementation of technological tools.
- 9. Conduct budget deviation analyses, supporting the development of corrective proposals to align with financial objectives.
- 10. Collaborate with the management control, tax, and audit departments, providing the necessary data and documents to ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial processes.
EDUCATION
- Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or similar
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
