Duties
Reconciliations & Control Validation
Execute and validate reconciliations including TLM, Nostro, Open Position, Rate and Broker Invoicing
Investigate and Investigate and
Ensure Narration & Resolution outputs are accurate and auditable
Audit & Regulatory Support
Support audit coordination and evidence gathering
Participate in regulatory engagements
Support RCSA and BCP activities
Governance & Documentation
Maintain control procedures and documentation
Ensure procedures remain current
Support SLA and governance documentation
Risk Reporting & Metrics
Produce risk and control reporting
Develop and maintain KPIs and KRIs
Support Swap Dealer monitoring
Knowledge
Strong understanding of FX lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliations
Knowledge of risk and control frameworks (RCSA, SOX, audit processes)
Experience with reconciliation tools (e.g., TLM) and core systems (e.g., Murex)
Ability to analyze large datasets and produce meaningful insights
High level of competency with AI related platforms and strong knowledge of PowerBi, Power Automate, & Excel
Experience
For internal applications - 12 months as Analyst II
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and control mindset
Ability to challenge processes and provide credible oversight
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
