We are seeking a highly experienced Process Efficiency Lead to support regional operational excellence. This role will be based in Warsaw and will be a hybrid position .
As Process Efficiency Lead , you will develop and implement solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve the quality and productivity of teams across the region. You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, support strategic initiatives, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
We will count on you to:
- Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and implement changes that enhance operational performance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives from design through delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with agreed objectives.
- Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to develop sustainable solutions that improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand workflows, gather insights, and support a culture of continuous improvement across the region.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience leading complex regional projects, ideally within a matrix organization, with a strong record of successful delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in English.

- Fluency in French or German.
- Experience with RPA or automation technologies that support process efficiency.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
- Prior consulting or insurance experience, bringing insight into industry-specific challenges.
