POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President, OPS Client Service plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client service within the Client Operations & Reporting function. This role is instrumental in aligning with BNY's strategic pillars by fostering operational excellence and enhancing client satisfaction. The position focuses on developing and implementing strategies to improve client interactions, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational principles. As an individual contributor, the Vice President, OPS Client Service leverages expertise in client operations to deliver high-quality service and support the business's growth objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement client service strategies by utilizing in-depth knowledge of client operations and industry best practices.
- Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency by continuously evaluating and improving service delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and implementing necessary changes.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
