Talent Acquisition intern
Madrid | working from home up to 40% | Reference 8085
What You Will Do
- Assist in Talent Acquisition processes and support ongoing recruitment projects
- Collaborate across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support to the TA team
- Help maintain recruitment data and documentation in internal systems
- Participate in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
What You Bring
- be pursuing a university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, communications or a master's degree in HR
- first experience in Recruiting or HR will be valuable
- ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with very good time management, communication and organization skills
- proactive and creative mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
- fluent verbal and written English. Spanish, German or Polish would be a plus
