Responsibilities

Support and oversee all aspects of HRIS and HR technical tools for AXA Hong Kong and the Asia Market Office, ensuring smooth operation and integration within the HR department. Manage the HRIS, HR technical tools, HR Portal, HR Robots, and support the development, testing, and implementation of HR AI tools. Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees and other stakeholders. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HRIS, including systems and tools related to HR Operations, reporting, leave records, and staff personal data management. Partner with HR internal stakeholders to optimize HR processes, update procedures, and improve workflows for greater efficiency. Support and optimize HR services such as payroll, benefits administration, contract management, and employee data input, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, legislative requirements, and data privacy regulations across all HR systems and tools. Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including employee data management, compensation, records, and benefits administration using various HRIS and HR tools. Support the outsourcing and audit reviews related to HRIS and HR technical tools. Keep abreast of emerging HR technologies, AI trends, and industry best practices to promote operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement. Liaise with vendors to ensure the delivery of services that meet organizational requirements and quality standards, and negotiate vendor agreements in collaboration with Procurement and Legal & Compliance teams. Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Business, HR or Information System disciplines At least 5 years of relevant experience in well-established organization Strong competency in HRIS, IT and PC skills with high accuracy and integrity Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-oriented mindset with drive and resilience to facilitate the HRIS initiatives and system enhancement Effective project management skills Willingness to embrace new technologies and processes Solid experience in vendor management Well-versed with HR Employment Ordinance and other related regulations Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese languages
