What you’ll do:

In the capacity of Analyst, Relationship Management, you will support origination efforts for an assigned portfolio whilst ensuring exemplary client coverage. Furthermore, you will participate in negotiations regarding pricing structures and contract terms whilst ensuring strict adherence to relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

Strategic

Assist the department head in formulating and advancing the business plan by identifying new revenue streams and engaging collaboratively with the team to devise execution strategies for business promotion activities

Contribute thoughtfully to marketing strategies, action plans, and promotional campaigns designed to enhance revenue generation, market share, and cross‑selling ratios

Financial

Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely dissemination of updates pertaining to business campaigns, cross‑selling initiatives, and achievement of departmental profit objectives

Customer

Cultivate client relationships proactively by anticipating their needs, providing tailored solutions, and prioritising client satisfaction through consistent communication and exemplary service standards

Ensure all client instructions and requests are processed meticulously in accordance with bank guidelines and procedures whilst upholding rigorous compliance standards.

Evaluate risk profiles, suitability, and appropriateness of clients when promoting products and services offered by the bank, thereby ensuring responsible recommendations

Collaborate extensively with Compliance, Credit, and Operations teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues expeditiously, and facilitate seamless transaction processing

People

Support objective setting and performance management within the team by exemplifying best practices, assisting colleagues on corporate banking matters, and adhering strictly to company policies

Credit Operation

Evaluate credit facilities, negotiate terms, review legal documents, and ensure compliance

Other/Control

Analyze deal proposals and credit applications to assess risks, profitability, and tax implications, prepare pitch materials, assist in negotiations, and track team KPIs to support departmental objectives

What you bring:

To excel in this role, you will bring experience from banking environments—ideally working with credit‑related departments. Ultimately, your dedication to supporting departmental initiatives aimed at increasing revenue opportunities whilst delivering exemplary service experience distinguishes you as an ideal candidate.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance/Economics or related disciplines

Enrolment in Certified Credit Executive (CCE) programme or possession of an equivalent qualification evidencing commitment to enhancing credit analysis skills through ongoing training opportunities

Preferably 1‑2 years’ experience within banking sectors especially in credit‑related departments (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Good analytical skills coupled with sound business insights

Excellent interpersonal abilities allowing effective collaboration across departments when resolving customer inquiries or negotiating agreements
