This position sits within the Corporate Banking of Singapore team in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with corporate finance skills to join our team and support the Singapore Local Corporate businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the relationship management and coverage of Singapore Local Corporate clients in various sectors
- Support execution of corporate financing transactions for the corporate clients
- Prepare client presentations, and develop client relationships through deal execution and pitching
- Prepare internal materials and assist with managing internal approval processes
- Assist with review / negotiate legal documentation incl. commitments papers and credit agreements
Job Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Analyst: Minimum 2 years' expereince in banking and finance industry
- Associate: Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking and finance industry
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate finance
- Proficiency in credit analysis and documentation
- Experience in stakeholder management to collaborate with other departments
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
