As a Software Developer reporting to the Director - Software Engineering, you'll design and build technology solutions for internal and external clients, covering systems strategy, development, integration, and product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver IT solution designs aligned with business goals and technology roadmaps.
- Lead requirements analysis and translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
- Design, develop, and enhance applications with a focus on performance and usability.
- Mentor team members across design, development, and testing, promoting best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with partners and business clients to drive continuous improvement, identify new opportunities, and ensure solutions meet client needs through direct interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with solid hands‑on software development experience in client‑facing roles.
- Strong Java (11+) skills, with good knowledge of databases and SQL for building and running scalable services.
- Experience with REST APIs, messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, ActiveMQ), and microservices or service‑based architectures.
- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD tools (GitLab, TeamCity), Linux environments, and scripting.
- Product‑focused mindset with clear communication skills in English, able to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial industry (banking, accounting, trading, clearing).
- Familiarity with Wildfly/RedHat EAP and Message‑Oriented Middleware (e.g., ActiveMQ).
- Experience with JIRA and TeamCity.
