The Role
Marsh is seeking an Associate Accountant to join our team in Limassol (Michaelides). This role supports day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on reconciliations, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.
- Complete supplier and customer reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and follow up to support resolution.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in line with internal controls and processes.
- Prepare routine reports and analyses using Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to support service delivery and resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, controls, and process efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Hands‑on experience with bank reconciliations.
- Hands‑on experience with supplier and customer reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills preferred).
