As a Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Insights, you will play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality, impactful analytics and insights to Talent, HR and business leaders.. You will lead efforts to transform candidate, associate, and operational data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Learning and Development.
Leveraging tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and data visualization platforms – Tableau/Power BI, you will design and implement data workflows, models, and dashboards that make talent data accessible, interpretable, and impactful. You will also support workforce data initiatives, ensuring analytics solutions are aligned with business needs and delivered efficiently. Your ability to uncover trends, tell compelling data stories, and translate complex analytics into business recommendations will be instrumental in shaping the future of our talent strategy.
Your technical skills will support the business in making data-driven talent decisions. The work you do will allow the analysts to communicate trends, patterns, and predictive information found within talent-related data using various analytical and statistical tools and techniques.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Education & Experience : bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, data governance, and business intelligence.
- Alteryx Expertise : Proven ability to design and optimize Alteryx workflows for advanced automation, data transformation, and analytics best practices.
- SQL Proficiency : Solid working knowledge of SQL , including building and tuning complex queries, creating stored procedures, and troubleshooting across Snowflake and SQL Server environments.
- Database Knowledge : Strong understanding of relational and dimensional database concepts and hands-on experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, and SQL Server .
- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Data Visualization : Highly skilled in developing impactful dashboards and visual stories using Tableau and Power BI, with a focus on metric design and stakeholder engagement.
- Data Governance : Deep understanding of data governance principles including data security, standards, stewardship, and process improvement.
- Stakeholder Influence : Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, through clear communication and compelling data narratives.
- Insight Generation : Demonstrated talent for translating complex analytics into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Technical Versatility : Familiarity with Python and/or R is a strong plus, enhancing analytical depth and automation capabilities.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
