Position Overview
Job Title: Director - Artificial Intelligence Portfolio and Acceleration (Indra) Location: London Corporate Title: Director You will join Deutsche Bank's Chief Strategy and Innovation Office as Director - Artificial Intelligence Portfolio & Acceleration, helping shape how Indra enables the Bank to realise its Artificial Intelligence strategy with pace, care and scale. You will oversee the Indra acceleration agenda, create a single integrated portfolio view, and connect teams across business, technology, innovation, architecture, risk, control and enablement so delivery activity translates into clear outcomes. This is a rewarding opportunity to support senior stakeholders with concise insight, shared understanding and practical recommendations on progress, risks, dependencies, investment choices and delivery trade-offs. You will work together with expert teams to reduce friction across the Artificial Intelligence path to production, strengthen reuse and shared services, and support the safe growth of enterprise Artificial Intelligence capability across the Bank.

Your key responsibilities
Shape and maintain the enterprise‑wide Indra acceleration plan, bringing together activity from Indra workstreams and cross‑Bank teams to support faster Artificial Intelligence delivery from idea to production. Your skills and experience
Proven experience guiding complex technology, digital, Artificial Intelligence or enterprise transformation programmes in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
