Vice President, Client Service
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Collateral Management/Margins Representative to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Identify and manage risks with the existing control framework and work with stakeholders to resolve
- Senior escalation point on client/internal escalations, projects and error resolution
- Provide senior leadership to client onboardings and represent the department during client change requests
- Working with your team, ensure that risks are managed effectively with respect to organisation structure and cross team cover, breaking down Silo’s and addressing key person/group dependencies
- Goal setting, staff appraisals and performance reviews across the group
- Identify automation opportunities (system enhancements, AI, etc.) and engage with relevant stakeholders to deliver
- Work with the Head of Client Operations in meeting expense targets
- Deliver in client due diligence or RFPs as required
- Managing SLA’s within Transfer Agency and escalating any potential late deliverables to the management team and / or client
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Third level qualification is preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of work experience in Transfer Agency is required
- Broad Transfer Agency knowledge in dealing, contact centre, cash settlements, reconciliations and client service is required. Wider experience within Fund Services is desired
- Must be capable of working as part of a team and also on own initiative
