We’re expanding our Aviva Services Excellence Centre (ASEC) - an international, highly collaborative team delivering actuarial systems used by Aviva business units worldwide.

About the role
This role is designed for experienced actuarial/data professionals who want to deepen their technical expertise . You’ll have the opportunity to shape solutions, influence design decisions, further develop modelling and data related knowledge and skills.

What will you be doing?
- Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical and actuarial tools and models
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions in line with internal best practices
- Take ownership of the end-to-end development of actuarial models and model input processes
- Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and document design decisions
- Act as a senior point of contact within the team , supporting knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and model requirements and deliver robust solutions
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions
- Automate data workflows and processes
What we’re looking for
- ~3-7+ years of experience in actuarial, analytical, modelling or data-focused roles
- Experience in actuarial modelling
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving mindset and structured approach to analysis
- Experience working in a project-based environment , including prioritisation and ownership
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Actuarial exams (completed or in progress) are a strong advantage
