Senior Associate

Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. ("BREIT") is a perpetual-life, institutional quality real estate investment platform that brings private real estate to income focused investors. BREIT invests primarily in stabilized, income-generating U.S. commercial real estate across key property types and to a lesser extent in real estate debt investments.

The BREIT Strategy & Management Senior Associate will work closely with the BREIT team to support the management of all aspects of BREIT, including the development and execution of key strategic initiatives. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer of BREIT.

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated self-starters, work well in team-oriented environments, exercise sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:

Expected annual base salary range:

$160,000 - $200,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
