The mission of UniCredit S.p.A., Permanent Establishment Vienna is to perform activities on behalf of the Holding, primarily in the field of management and financial control, of legal support to various projects as well as other activities which are - for reasons of management and functionality - easier and more logical performed locally in Austria.
The mission of Works Council Office is to have a strategic focus as an “organ of labor” and to protect and promote the social, cultural, economic and health interest of employees within the company. Some of the most important tasks of this unit are the following: Representation of the staff as a whole or the individual employee, Control and communication function, Linking the staff with the Management, Protection and Social Justice, Advisory function on law issues etc.
What you'll be doing
Maintenance and further development of the Works Council homepage (SharePoint)
Support the preparation of the communication to the staff
Support the organization of events
Prepare presentations for Works Council/Employees Meetings
Support the organization and administration of the Works Council Office
What you'll need to succeed
Current advanced studies (Master studies) in Business Administration or similar
Proficiency in MS tools and other digital applications
Fluent English skills
Good command in German is beneficial
