Role Summary
End‑to‑end builder of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions, combining low‑code configuration with targeted pro‑code extensibility. Responsible for designing the core data model, configuring CRM capabilities, and implementing custom logic where required—balancing out‑of‑the‑box functionality with scalable, headless‑ready extensions.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into robust Dataverse data models and CRM configurations
- Configure entities/tables, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and standard business processes
- Implement business logic using a mix of business rules, Power Automate, and C# plugins
- Extend Dynamics via Dataverse APIs and custom services where out‑of‑the‑box capabilities are insufficient
- Manage solutions, environments, and deployment pipelines using Power Platform ALM best practices
- Maintain and extend UI components /plugins
- Enforce quality standards through unit testing and playwright automation.
- Production support, release and change management.
- Configure data & logic that supports omnichannel and unified routing
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and back-end architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, or a Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
- Strong Dynamics 365 & Dataverse configuration (model‑driven apps, security, solution management)
- Power Automate for both user-facing workflows and backend asynchronous processing
- Development with C# plugins and Dataverse APIs
- Knowledge of Web Resources (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Data modeling and internal business rule design within Dataverse
- Application Lifecycle Management for the Power Platform
- Ability to bridge business, functional, and technical stakeholders
- Co-Pilot Studio and knowledge of agent configuration a plus.

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard’s India office. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
