SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES
Having a mix of key project assignments and administrative tasks will ensure the intern remains productive while developing a well ‑ rounded understanding of our processes, gaining exposure to real ‑ world operations, and building essential professional skills.
- Assist in preparing communication materials and official correspondences with ser vice provider s.
- Support maintenance and updating of user access in the service provider portal.
- Support audit/review activities for service provider compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Assist in compiling, analysing , and summarising service provider performance data
- Assist in review ing pricing structures and service offerings as part of service provider empanelment evaluation.
- Contributes to the coordination of service provider empanelment processes, including document checks, profiling, and system setup.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) by reviewing test results and identifying any issues or discrepancies.
- Support system enhancement initiatives by preparing reports, trackers, and summary updates.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling administrative tasks and managing documentation.
- Basic understanding of system testing or operational processes is an advantage.
