Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí
Conduct/Oversee the investigation toward all financial crimes’ frauds, misconducts and other violations to protect benefits of customer as well as company to provide assurance to PVA management on the compliance with Group’s polices, standards and local government regulations. Thực hiện/giám sát cuộc điều tra về tất cả các hành vi gian lận, sai phạm và vi phạm tài chính để bảo vệ lợi ích của khách hàng cũng như công ty, đồng thời đảm bảo với ban quản trị PVA về việc tuân thủ các chính sách, tiêu chuẩn của Tập đoàn và quy định của chính phủ Việt Nam.
Job Accountability / Trách nhiệm chính
- • Manage and oversee investigations received from Customers’ complaints, self-monitoring programmes, Internal Hotline or as assigned by senior management, ensuring they are handled timely and effectively. Quản lý và giám sát các cuộc điều tra nhận được từ khiếu nại của khách hàng, các chương trình tự giám sát, đường dây nóng nội bộ hoặc theo sự phân công của ban lãnh đạo cấp cao, đảm bảo chúng được xử lý kịp thời và hiệu quả
- • Collaborate closely and effectively with colleagues, business stakeholders to collect evidence, work with suspicious subjects & deliver remedial actions. Hợp tác chặt chẽ và hiệu quả với đồng nghiệp, các bên liên quan trong kinh doanh để thu thập bằng chứng, làm việc với các đối tượng nghi ngờ và thực hiện các biện pháp khắc phục, thu hồi.
- • Propose on disciplinary actions on sales force & internal staff who have breached code of conducts, regulations, policies in accordance with internal regulations/ insurance laws and common practices; Propose rational mitigate actions for business stakeholders to remedy the gaps/loopholes in operation. - • Review, approve, elevate timely and promptly investigations plan, investigation reports for senior managements to review & make decisions. Xem xét, phê duyệt và đệ trình kịp thời các kế hoạch điều tra, báo cáo điều tra để ban lãnh đạo cấp cao xem xét và đưa ra quyết định
- • Stay updated with industry trends, relevant laws and regulations, and ensure team’s compliance with internal policies and procedures. Cập nhật xu hướng ngành, các luật và quy định liên quan, đảm bảo đội ngũ tuân thủ các chính sách và quy trình nội bộ
- • Lead and mentor a team of investigators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Lãnh đạo và hướng dẫn đội ngũ điều tra viên, tạo dựng văn hóa học hỏi và cải tiến liên tục.
Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc
- Oversee and manage investigations related to potential violations against Local laws, PVA regulations, and policies of either Sales forces or Internal Staff. Giám sát và quản lý các cuộc điều tra liên quan đến các vi phạm tiềm ẩn đối với luật pháp địa phương, quy định của PVA và chính sách của lực lượng bán hàng hoặc nhân viên nội bộ.
- Lead a team of investigators to gather and analyze evidence, identify potential compliance issues, and ensure consistency in investigative approaches. Lãnh đạo một đội ngũ điều tra viên để thu thập và phân tích bằng chứng, xác định các vấn đề tuân thủ tiềm ẩn và đảm bảo tính nhất quán trong các phương pháp điều tra.
- Manage investigations from inception to conclusion, ensuring best practices are followed, and provide strategic recommendations for corrective action to relevant stakeholders, including executive management. Quản lý các cuộc điều tra từ khi bắt đầu đến khi kết thúc, đảm bảo tuân thủ các thực tiễn tốt nhất và đưa ra các khuyến nghị chiến lược về hành động khắc phục cho các bên liên quan, bao gồm ban lãnh đạo cấp cao
- Review and approve reports and other documentation related to investigations and findings. Xem xét và phê duyệt các báo cáo và tài liệu khác liên quan đến các cuộc điều tra và phát hiện.
- Develop and implement training and awareness programs for employees on compliance-related, code of conduct topics. Phát triển và triển khai các chương trình đào tạo và nâng cao nhận thức cho nhân viên về các chủ đề liên quan đến tuân thủ, quy tắc ứng xử.
- Mentor, coach, and manage a team of investigators, providing guidance on investigation techniques, report writing, and best practices. Hướng dẫn, đào tạo và quản lý đội ngũ điều tra viên, cung cấp hướng dẫn về kỹ thuật điều tra, viết báo cáo và các thực tiễn tốt nhất.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations and ensure the team’s compliance with internal policies and procedures. Cập nhật các luật và quy định liên quan và đảm bảo đội ngũ tuân thủ các chính sách và quy trình nội bộ.
- Drive continuous improvement in the investigative process, tools, and methodologies. Thúc đẩy sự cải tiến liên tục trong quy trình điều tra, công cụ và phương pháp điều tra.
