General Description

The Compensation Analyst supports the firm’s compensation strategy by assisting with the analysis, administration, and maintenance of compensation programs across domestic and international offices. This role partners closely with Human Resources team members and HR leadership to provide data-driven insights, ensure internal equity, and maintain competitive compensation practices.

Required Skills

Required Qualifications & Education

2–4 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related HR function; law firm experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

CCP coursework or certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
