The Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory division is looking to add an Analyst in the M&A team to their platform. Your key responsibilities
- Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with MENA clients.

- Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key MENA accounts

- Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling

- In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers.

Your skills and experience
- Relevant Corporate Finance experience most importantly in advisory but with knowledge of capital market products
