Who we are looking for
We are seeking a senior application lead, Assistant Vice President to lead advanced Markets Reg Reporting solution development. This is a hands‑on application testing role focusing on verifying the quality and performance of a technical solution that meet all regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will participate in the end‑to‑end lifecycle of application solutions, from problem framing and solution designing to deployment and monitoring. You will partner with business, global teams to deliver measurable, production‑level outcomes.
What you will be responsible for
- Lead the testing and deployment of technology solutions to meet business and regulation requirements.
- Transform the way how we work, especially how we test, with new tools/ideas.
- Partner with business, engineering, data, and governance teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and explainable solutions.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in experimentation, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in enterprise application development and production delivery.
Strong proficiency in testing automation and testing design.
Familiar with SDLC process (waterfall, Agile) and tools (Git, Jfrog, DevOps etc).
Hands‑on experience in Databricks and public cloud (AWS or Azure).
Strong leadership with success stories.
Experience in GenAI adoption in SDLC and business use cases.
Strong communication & presentation skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to present complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders.
Experience in banking or related industry is a plus.
