Job Summary
Oversee financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
Oversee production of detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions
Lead both origination and execution of transactions, from the pitch phase through to closing
Drive the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
Drive the origination and execution of transactions including due diligence and drafting of documents
Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets
Oversee research and analysis of markets and industries
Oversee research and financial analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources
Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank
Drive day-to-day project management and execution support
Complete all required credit and regulatory examinations

Our Ideal Candidate
6 plus years of relevant experience in M&A or Investment Banking.
Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment.
Strong record of achievement in academics and/or summer/full time employment in related fields.
High level of passion towards development of a career in M&A.
Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Detail orientated and numerate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork.
