Job Summary

The Market Program Manager is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of corporate clients with a primary focus on Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Programs. This role drives the growth of SCF client revenues through effective structuring, increased wallet penetration, and the scaling of programs. The position also provides guidance to SCF market managers within various clusters supporting their day to day interactions with clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating the implementation of existing mandates, contributing to Credit and Asset Distribution strategies, and exploring opportunities for product innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of regional or global experience managing or selling supply chain finance and trade finance solutions at large in one of more global financial institutions and geographies

• Combination of large and small deal experience across geographies and customer segments including MNCs, large LCs and SMEs

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Experience in leading/driving change including strong project and process management skills

• Strong people management skills

• Strong sales and interpersonal skills with an ability and knowledge to articulate Supplier Chain Finance program benefits

• Ability to negotiate and understand legal agreements supporting Supplier Chain Finance solutions

• Strong Supplier Chain Finance knowledge

• Fluency In English

Recruitment Assessments

Expected annual base pay range for the role is 125,000 USD to 185,000 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package. Discretionary variable pay and a range of attractive bank sponsored benefit programs are available and designed to foster employee overall health and well‑being including, but not limited to, a best in class 401k plan with up to 8% employer match, robust medical plan coverage with employer funded Health Savings Accounts, inclusive family building benefits, and flexible/hybrid working arrangements for many of our positions subject to role specific considerations
