Department

The primary departments of the Finance function are Billing, Cash Office, Partners Matters and Taxation, Financial Systems and Reporting. The department is responsible for handling all financial matters in respect of the London office and the co-ordination of financial affairs of the offices comprising the International LLP. The team consists of 3 eBilling Analysts, 2 eBilling Advisors, 5 eBilling Assistants and 2 eBilling Administrators.

Working Hours

35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows for up to 40% of time working from home and 60% working in the office, please contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further.

Role Overview

The primary focus of this role will be implementation and maintenance of eBilling Client rates within our finance system, eBilling platforms and eBillingHub, identifying process improvements within the whole eBilling rates process. You will be required to work closely with clients, partners, Pricing and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services. All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program.

Skills & Experience

The Candidate

Strong prior experience in an eBilling role.

Sound understanding of commonly used Legal eBilling Vendors.

Keen attention to details and effective organisational skills.

Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demand.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative.

Builds and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and others at work.

Works effectively as part of a team.
