- Graduating between April and August 2027: September 2027
- Graduating between September and December 2027: April 2028
What You'll Bring
We are looking for candidates who meet all of the following criteria:
- No Full-time Work Experience Internships and part-time jobs are not included
- Academic background Currently enrolled in universities or graduate schools outside Japan, with a graduation date between January 2027 and December 2027.
- Note : This excludes study-abroad programs as part of university enrollment in Japan (e.g., exchange programs, short-term language studies, double-degree programs, second master's degrees). If you are currently enrolled in universities in Japan, please visit here for more information.
- Language proficiency Business-level English or higher. Japanese language skills are preferred.
Regarding Previous Applications
Applicants who have taken an online test or interview for the BCG Japan Associate (Full-time) position within the past six months are not eligible to apply for this selection process.

- Third Round Interviews and Beyond (On-site at BCF / Online): November 20 - November 21
※For those attending the 2026 Boston Career Forum, interviews will be held on-site. For those not attending, interviews will be conducted online.
