Job Overview
The Audio Producer is a strategic role responsible for leading the organization's audio content strategy, production process, and creative vision. This position requires a seasoned audio professional with extensive leadership experience who can drive innovation in audio storytelling, build world‑class production capabilities, and deliver content that engages audiences across multiple platforms and formats.
- Define and execute comprehensive audio content strategy aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives
- Oversee all aspects of audio production from concept development through final delivery
- Implement scalable production processes that balance creative excellence with operational efficiency
- Provide creative leadership for flagship audio properties and new content initiatives
- Drive narrative development, talent selection, and creative execution
- Ensure audio content reflects brand values and resonates with target audiences
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for audio content performance
- Analyze audience data, engagement metrics, and market trends to inform content strategy
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to maintain strategic advantage
Experience
15+ years of experience, strong background in both creative and technical aspects of audio production
- Experience leading teams across multiple disciplines
- Deep knowledge of audio production technologies, workflows, and industry standards
