We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Product Specialist to support People & Culture (P&C) processes in Germany and the Unicredit group. This role has a strong focus on ESCRIBA Document Management System, SAP Process Integration (PI), and Ingentis Org.Manager. Operating within both local and global HR IT landscapes, you will be responsible for ensuring application stability, compliance, data integrity, and continuous optimization of P&C digital solutions and integrations.

As a senior technical contributor, you will act as the primary technical authority and trusted partner for P&C stakeholders, bridging business needs with sustainable, compliant, and scalable IT solutions, while safeguarding the reliability of core HR processes.

What you'll be doing

Act as the primary technical owner and referent for ESCRIBA, SAP PI for P&C processes and Ingentis Org.Manager.

Serve as a key liaison between P&C business referents and IT, translating business requirements into sustainable technical solutions and advising on best practices.

Manage regular and ad‑hoc operational activities, including:

End‑to‑end run support

Change & configuration management

Patch implementation and support package testing

Guarantee Application Maintenance for relevant processes and applications, including:

Pro‑active management of

Monitoring, error analysis, and coordination of incident resolution

Data consistency, reconciliation, and interface documentation

Coordination with data source owners

Own incident and problem management for systems in charge, including root cause analysis and long‑term remediation.

Collaborate closely with SAP Basis to proactively monitor system performance and interface stability.

What you'll need to succeed

3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP HCM on premise (ECC 6.0, EHP8) in complex environments.

Solid experience with SAP Process Integration (PI) and HR‑related interfaces

Reasonable understanding of SAP HCM on‑premises concepts, particularly Organizational Management concepts

Proven knowledge of SAP interface and integrations technologies:

IDocs, SOAP, SFTP, BAPIs, file‑based and middleware‑driven interfaces, Message mappings

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and reconciliation of HR data flows

Development Skills: ABAP development, incl. ABAP Objects, Experience with Notes implementation and SPAU/SPDD adjustments

Willingness and ability to quickly acquire in‑depth knowledge of: ESCRIBA Document Management application, Ingentis Org.Management to

Independently deliver application management and change services.

Language & Communication

English C1 – essential for legal interpretation, SAP documentation, and stakeholder workshops

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating in cross‑functional and international teams
